1. Returns of Fresh Fruits

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, incorrect or significantly different from your confirmed order, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue.

2. Eligible Issues

You may contact us if your order contains:

  • Damaged or spoiled fruits

  • Incorrect products

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect quantity

  • Products significantly different from the confirmed order

  • Serious packaging damage affecting the product

Minor variations in the size, colour, shape, ripeness or appearance of natural fruits are not normally considered defects.

3. Reporting a Problem

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Jaysan Fruit Basket as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your name and contact number

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected product

  • Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

Our team may review the information before approving a replacement or refund.

4. Replacement

Where an issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement product depending on availability.

Replacement availability may vary based on the product, season and current stock.

5. Refunds

Due to their perishable nature, fresh fruits and other food products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the product.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We may not be able to provide a refund for an unsuccessful delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to receive the order

  • Other information incorrectly provided by the customer

Any re-delivery, where available, may be subject to additional charges.
